nnShe added, "She was part of my jou ey."
nEssie revealed in an exclusive interview to Daily Star: "My glow-up transformation was mostly before and afterwards I was sober. In the past, I did not take good care of myself and was struggling with alcoholism and addiction.
nAfter a few attempts, I have now been sober for a full year and am very active in the AA.
n"I am very open about the past and my involvement in this programme. I want others to feel seen and not lonely in their struggles."
nnShe revealed that her forehead was also reduced after sobriety.
nIn other TikTok video, she was aware of her "huge forehead" and used chin filler as a way to balance the proportions.
n"It was a relatively inexpensive procedure considering the cost of other cosmetic surgeries — It was around $5,000 (£4,017) including the flight (to Turkey)," Essie told us.
